Payment Methods and Options
- Payment by check or cash delivered in person to Maribeth Helton at Club
- Payment by check mailed to: Maribeth Helton, Ambassador Treasurer, 1229 Donelson Avenue, Old Hickory, TN, 37138
- Payment by a single check (or cash) for the entire year or by two checks (or cash), one for each semester.
- All payments should be made by Monday, September 18th, 2023.
- Other arrangements for payment may be worked out by talking with Lana Thornton or Maribeth Helton.
We want to be sure you are aware that we allow families to visit Club for two weeks before requiring you to join Club. We make this available for you in case you find that it is best for your student(s) to come and "get a feel" for what goes on in Ambassador Club before making a commitment. So, if you choose to visit for the first two weeks, with our first Club meeting Monday, August 28th, we'd ask for your decision to join by the third week of Club on Monday, September 18th. We will not meet on Labor Day, Sept. 4th.
